Your kit arrives by mail with:

• A sample bag labeled with your unique confirmation number
• A sterile swab and secure sample tube (if applicable)
• A prepaid return mailer
• Easy step-by-step instructions

When you change your filter, cut a piece about the size of the provided confirmation sticker (roughly 3"x3"- 7.5cmx7.5cm does not have to be exact). Place it in the bag and attach the matching sticker.

Use the sterile swab on the area of concern (vent, wall, or window frame). Place the swab back in the tube and attach your confirmation sticker.

Fill out the online sample submission form. You’ll need to provide:

• Your confirmation code (from the sticker)
• The location where the swab was taken (if applicable)
• The filter size
• Filter name/brand and MERV rating (if known)
• Whether the filter came from a home furnace or an air cleaner
• Any additional home details (pets, moisture, odors, etc.) that may help us tailor recommendations

Seal your samples securely using the provided sticker and return them in the prepaid envelope. No postage required.

Within 7–10 days of mailing, you’ll receive your personalized report by email. Reports are clear, reliable answers you can count on and include:

• A breakdown of what was detected
• Recommendations for improving your air quality
• Guidance on when to re-test
