1. Use of Services

Services are for informational purposes only and do not replace medical advice.
You agree to lawful use only.

2. Orders & Payments

Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Payment is required before kits are shipped or samples analyzed.
We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Sample Submission

By submitting a sample, you allow us to process and analyze it.
You are responsible for following collection instructions.
We are not liable for invalid results caused by improper sampling or mailing delays.

4. Results & Reports

Reports are delivered electronically within the estimated turnaround time.
Results are simplified for consumer understanding and not medical advice.
We do not guarantee identification of all possible allergens, molds, or particles.

5. Shipping & Turnaround

Kits ship via standard carriers; delays may occur.
Turnaround times (7–10 days after mailing) may vary.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages from use of our services.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the kit in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on TestYourWorld.com is owned by BRS Lab Services and may not be reused without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy

At Test Your World, operated by BRS Lab Services, a Michigan company, we provide laboratory-based testing services for consumer insight. Because our services involve shipping test kits and analyzing samples, refunds are limited as outlined below.

1. Refunds for Unused Kits

If you request a refund after your kit has been shipped but before submitting a sample, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus a $10 shipping and handling fee.
You do not need to return the kit to us.

2. Kits With Samples Submitted

Once a sample has been collected and mailed back for processing, the testing service is considered rendered and no refunds are available.
If your sample cannot be processed due to a laboratory error, we will provide either a free replacement kit or a full refund.

3. Shipping Issues

If your kit is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of receipt (or expected delivery date) and we will send a replacement at no charge.

4. Processing Delays

Standard turnaround time is 7–10 days from mailing, but this may vary due to postal transit or seasonal volume.
Delays caused by postal services or improper sample collection are outside our control and are not grounds for refund.

Please include your order number, confirmation code, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
